Built To Delight: Together We Transform
On the 13th of November 2025, the Flood Products team came together in a rainy Bristol for a day designed to inspire, challenge, and celebrate our mission of building products that truly delight customers. With the theme “Built to Delight: Together We Transform”, the day was packed with strategy, innovation, and plenty of fun.
An Inspiring Day
The morning began with arrival, coffee and conversations before we launched into the first sessions of the day, which included engaging discussions on Flood Platform and Flood Modeller developments.
The day unfolded through a series of interactive sessions and workshops that moved seamlessly from strategy into action, explored how customer insights can be transformed into products people love, opened up the inside track on our progress, showcased how AI is reshaping both our products and customer service, and closed with a powerful call to embrace bold thinking and ownership.
A Competitive Edge
After such an inspiring program throughout the day, the team headed to Par 59 for mini-golf, darts, food, and laughter, the perfect way to unwind, strengthen bonds, and celebrate achievements. The evening activities were hotly contested, with friendly rivalries emerging as colleagues battled it out on the mini-golf course, cheered each other on at the dartboards, and celebrated every unexpected bullseye.
Reflections
The Flood Team Day wasn’t just another offsite, it was a turning point. Everyone left Bristol energised, aligned, and ready to transform ideas into reality. Together, we’re not just building products, we’re building experiences that delight.
