Faster, More Intuitive Flood Modelling

We are thrilled to unveil the latest version of Jacobs’ cutting-edge river and floodplain modelling, and real-time flood forecasting software. This ground-breaking update empowers users to build and run models faster and more intuitively than ever before.

“With a legacy spanning 40 years and over 13,000 users worldwide, the next generation of our flood modelling software marks a transformational step forward, enabling users to achieve unprecedented efficiency and ease,” commented Dr. Richard Crowder, Director for Flood Modeller.

Innovation Meets Integration

The upgraded release retains the key features, open data file format, and data structure of previous versions of our flood modelling software, ensuring users can continue to utilise their established tools and workflows. Flood Modeller now boasts new innovative features, enhanced flexibility, and additional productivity tools - all designed to elevate the user experience. Integration with third-party tools, including the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Storm Water Management Model (SWMM), BMT WBM’s TUFLOW model, and Deltares’ Delft-FEWS platform, is also included.

This eagerly anticipated release delivers an unparalleled flood modelling experience by seamlessly integrating our industry-leading 1D and 2D solvers into a single, integrated package.

Flood Modeller introduces a stunning new user interface, completely reimagined to unify individual modelling components within one application - creating a more intuitive and efficient environment for building, running, and analysing flood models. Additionally, it offers robust support for multi-screen working and web mapping services, enhancing productivity and user experience like never before.
