Whether you’re new to flood modelling, want to build on your existing skill set or wish to realise the full potential of Flood Modeller, attending one of our CIWEM approved training courses will enable you to get the most from your software.

Upcoming training courses include:

  • 1D modelling using Flood Modeller:
    • Dublin (3-4 September)
    • Swindon (17-18 September)
    • Glasgow (15-16 October)
  • 2D modelling using Flood Modeller
    • Dublin (5 September)
    • Swindon (19 September)
    • Glasgow (17 October)
  • Advanced Flood Modeller
    • London (2 October)

The 1D modelling using Flood Modeller training course provides an overview of 1D modelling and guides attendees through the building, running and reviewing of their own models. This is an excellent course if you are new to the software or wish to undertake formal training.

The 2D modelling using Flood Modeller training course focuses on 2D modelling using Flood Modeller's ADI, TVD and FAST solvers. It also introduces 1D-2D linked modelling. This course is perfect for those wishing to move into 2D modelling, having already undertaken the 1D modelling using Flood Modeller training course.

The Advanced Flood Modeller training course is aimed at those involved in the development and review of hydraulic models and focuses primarily on model diagnostics and debugging, advanced 1D structures and Flood Modeller automation tools.
